Welcome to the Swiss Arbitration Academy SAA
The Swiss Arbitration Academy (SAA) in cooperation with the University of Lucerne and the University of Neuchâtel offers flexible programs tailored to the individual participant\'s needs. Participants can choose to complete internationally accredited comprehensive programs covering all aspects of an arbitration or choose to focus on individual aspects of an arbitration. All programs are a unique combination of an academic education and practical hands-on training with renowned international practitioners.
We are proud that the internationally accredited Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Arbitration program is endorsed by renowned arbitral institutions: the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), ICC Switzerland, the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM), the Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KIAC), the Swiss Chambers\' Arbitration Institution (SCAI), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).

SAA Alumni Association
Swiss Arbitration Academy is pleased to announce that three recent
alumni of the SAA, Barbara
Schröder de Castro Lopes, Francine Hungerbühler and Nikolaus Vavrovsky,
have recently founded the SAA Alumni Association.
The association will
provide a forum for the SAA alumni to stay in contact and meet each
other at alumni event.
We very much looks forward to working together with the SAA Alumni Association in the upcoming years.
Module 4 on the Challenge and Enforcement of Awards - Zürich
From 25 January until 29 January 2018, the fourth Module of the Swiss Arbitration Academy will be held in Zürich.
During this 5-day post-graduate course, we will focus on various matters related to the arbitral award, including the making of awards and the challenge and enforcement of awards.
This course is ideal for international practitioners who would like to familiarize themselves with the differences between arbitral awards and judgements rendered by national courts.
